How to transfer pages from one WP site to another WP?

The guys have 2 sites, on different domains and servers.
The 1st site consists of a main page and a Blog with various articles and pictures.
So, I need to take this blog and move it to a new Web Site (with a different hosting).
Both Sites are WordPress.
Please tell me the simplest and correct way.

Install WP Sync DB on both sites and push/pull as needed. There is also an add-on WP Sync DB Media Files , also transfer images.
