Is it possible to make such a transition from the main page to the news?
Maybe someone implemented it?

This is some kind of lag horror, from which the scroll was stolen.
Even if someone did something like this and sends you a piece of code, changing it to suit your needs will be much more expensive than:
1) solving the problem yourself
2) hiring someone to solve it
Well, and freelancing is in the next a door.
