What CMS to take for the service for the sale of applications / clients?

I want to "on my knee" make a prototype of a service for the sale of applications.
People publish some applications that other users can buy from them.
For example, a piano tuner has received an order, but he does not have time, and he sells it to a tuner from the same city.
