How to build a 2U server for I9 9900K?

I want to place a game server in a DC for my clan, I found a suitable DC with good protection, but the power of their servers (xeon) is not enough for the game. I decided to place my iron in colocation
. I'm new to this, the first time. Please tell me the components for assembling a 2U server with an i9 9900K processor and a liquid cooling system, an NVMe SSD and 64 GB of memory.

As I understand the motherboard, I can choose any one suitable for this processor, but what about the case, the power supply? As this building generally calls it correctly, I looked on the Internet and found nothing, but in the DC they said that supposedly there are such solutions.
