Cases for a server motherboard (Intel W2600CR2) of a non-standard form factor (larger than E-ATX)?

There is an Intel W2600CR2 motherboard . Its dimensions, as they say on the Intel website

Custom 14.2" x 15"
or
36 cm x 38 cm.

It's larger than E-ATX , so it won't fit into standard server cases. The only thing I managed to dig up is the P4000L case , which was made for this family of boards, and which, in principle, is only sold assembled with a motherboard as part of a finished server (judging by official statements from Intel). The second such motherboard is not needed, and it is painfully expensive.
In addition, there are 2x Cooler Master Hyper 412 PWM 16 cm (6.3") high. It is necessary that the case can accommodate them.
Question: are there any other cases besides the notorious P4000L, or is it possible to buy the P4000L in Russia separately?

Does it have a standard drill? Same as E-ATX? If yes, you can try CoolerMaster HAF 932 on a collective farm, after installing EATX boards, it usually has more space. But in general, it’s probably easier in Russia to find an intelligent turner who will wind up the backshield and standoffs, and make a self-assembly.

Take a closer look at this case www.regard.ru/catalog/tovar114397.htm - it is for the monstrous SWTX form factor - and this is 418 x 330 mm, and the case itself is 452x746 mm in size

I ask you to make a backup of the bios and bmc of your motherboard and send it to me by mail itsnork (at) gmail (dot) com. I have a lot of beer! I won’t tell you the case, but my mother died like that (the bios was broken), you can really save the server of a non-profit organization)
