I installed a plugin for managing files via FTP, but it's very inconvenient to select a folder or file through this console:
Is it possible to implement all files and folders to be read like this?

No. And if it were possible, would the developer write such an inconvenient plugin on purpose?
Change the scheme of work, refuse to change files on the server, but change them locally and link to the server.

With the FTPSync plugin, you download a folder and work with the tree as you like, and when you save the file, it is uploaded to the server.
