How to broadcast from the registrar to the site?

Good day!
There is a set of IP cameras and an ip registrar to which these cameras are connected. How can I display video from the registrar on my website?
Services like ivideon are not suitable.
Thanks in advance!

I asked my brother, he says it will be necessary to install a program. He said that although it is simple as a brick, it will still need intelligence to use it. He is my expert in this matter, he works mainly with AVG 3204NVR-V cameras, if you are interested, then here are such irs.ua/product/gsm_moduli . If you are interested in details on the program, I can throw off his mail - he will help.

Which registrar, which cameras are a mystery, right?
In short, you will need to organize something like this.
The set includes nginx and the nginx-rtmp module, They will be responsible for the transport.
To stream to most mobile devices, you will need icecast.
To encode the stream, you will need ffmpeg or gstreamer.
The main question is how to download a video stream from your recorder or cameras. Keywords - RTP, RTSP, RTMP. ADDITION : You can hang
on the page itself - it is notable for the fact that if HTML5 is present in the browser, it will use it, and if it is not present, it will load FLASH. So "cinema" can be squeezed with the same code both on mobile browsers without flash, and on mammoths like IE6.
