How to broadcast an RTSP stream to a website?

Hello!
There is a local network on the cisco router + cisco ip camera in the same network.
Port forwarding has been made on the router to allow broadcasting outward images from the camera using the RTSP protocol.
As a result, we have a working RTSP link that opens without problems in VLC on the desktop.
The next question is - how can I embed this stream on the site? The easiest solutions in style are welcome - insert RTSP link - get html player code for the site that will broadcast it :)
In general, any options are welcome. There are free servers in the same LAN at your disposal, you can also deploy something on them to convert RTSP to RTMP. The more detailed, the better)

@Airvoron

If you need a non-HD picture " www.vmix.com/purchase " you can try this good software. (free)
Can convert RTSP to RTMP, which can be sent to any media server. well as a variant of youtube. or look for others, Youtube broadcasts 24/7. It's called "Live".
But the youtube player can be embedded on the site.
and everything is ok)
