How to broadcast an audio stream over a local Wi-Fi network to multiple devices?
The task is to organize audio broadcasting from a Windows PC within the local Wi-Fi network to 20 devices. The options that I found are broadcasting to smart devices, such as android. But it is obvious that the receiving device should be cheap and simple, something like the ESP 8266. Maybe there is something specialized? I know that there are a lot of Bluetooth modules with sound output, but I have not found their Wi-Fi analogues. In general, please tell me how to solve this problem as simply as possible.

I assume you need an audio broadcast server on your local network. For example Icecast.
Android devices via Wi-Fi will connect to it and play an audio stream using, for example, AIMP.
