Which router to choose for a large house?

There is a house, 10x10. 3 floors (basement, first floor, second) There is also a courtyard, 15-18 meters away from the house on one side. Concrete floors between basement and 1st floor. Wooden between 1st and 2nd floor. Walls made of foam concrete. Bearing walls 40cm each, non-bearing walls 10m each.
It is necessary to provide good internet throughout the house. In the yard, you could just surf the Internet (google, social networks). In the house, so that the signal is good (for games, movies). A maximum of 3 devices can be connected to one network. It is possible to make Internet sockets around the house.
Which router to choose to provide such a signal? How can you realize a high coverage area and at a good speed?

Gentlemen, what a powerful router for a three = storey building? What are you? )))))
There will never be more than 10 megabits across the floor if it is not 5 GHz. I generally keep quiet about the street ...
Will they switch from point to point manually? Is it in our time?
TS take this config for yourself:
Mikrotik RB750GR2 core
3 Mikrotik RBcAP2n access points (one for each floor)
1 external Mikrotik RBWAP2ND access point to the street.
Raise CapsMan, minimal firewall, etc.
And enjoy a wonderful life with seamless Wi-Fi for under $200.
