How to broadcast an audio stream from a web page using DLNA technology?

There is a device that can play an audio stream using the DLNA protocol (AudioCast M5) and it successfully does this if it broadcasts from the computer's memory (with a Windows PC). But how to organize the playback of music, for example, from VK or another WEB resource?
