How to bring a virtual server to the Internet through 2 routers (Mikrotik + TP-Link)?

Hello!
The situation is as follows:
the Internet comes via PPPOE to Mikrotik, distributed throughout the office in the range 192.168.5.100-192.168.5.200.
From Mikrotik, the cable comes to another office to the TP-Link router and distributes the Internet via a static IP address 192.168.5.5 to the local area 192.168.0.xxx. Inside the TP-Link network there is a machine with an IP address of 192.168.0.10 on which there is a virtual server that users access on port 8080.
The task itself is to bring this machine to the Internet. Mikrotik is connected to the DDNS service and when accessing the domain name, the web muzzle of Mikrotik is displayed. I killed half a day, which I didn’t try, I can’t find a solution. Help :)

The task is quite simple. On Mikrotik dst-nat, you forward port 8080 to the IP TP-Link port 8080. On TP-Link, you do Port Redirect 8080 to the IP server port 8080 in the same way. At what stage did it not work?
