Why is the DLNA server on a different subnet not visible?

There are two /24 subnets connected via OVPN via two Mikrotiks. Of course, the routes are registered (traffic goes from one to another). The firewall is empty. What needs to be done so that a DLNA server (any, even mini dlna, even hms), running on one subnet, is seen by a TV on another subnet?

Help forward DLNA to another subnet. The scheme is such a main router Mikrotik 192.168.89.0/24 the provider cable is connected to it and Keenetic 192.168.99.0/24 is connected to the Mikrotik cable. Forwarded EoIP between them and added to the bridge. Where to dig further? There is nothing about pim in the kinetics manual.
