How to register a redirect so that the DLNA server sees the client behind the router?

Happy Easter to all Orthodox Christians!
I live in a private house, the provider connected the optics to me (an optical cable goes directly to the house) and there is a TV set with an IPTV set-top box and it has a DLNA client. A twisted pair goes from the optical terminal to another room and is connected to a normal Mikrotik router there. All other devices are connected to Mikrotik, including the DLNA server.
Can you please tell me how to register a redirect to Mikrotik so that the DLNA server and the set-top box with DLNA see each other and can work together?

Truly!
Where is the IPTV set-top box connected? Connect it to MikroTik too, if you haven't already. The most common routing within the same network. If the devices in Mikrot already see each other, then the network is set up and everything will work.

I doubt it's possible. Even if there is an ip connection between the DLNA server and the TV set-top box (and most likely not, iptv multicast
can go in an isolated vlan), you will have to forward the DLNA server multicast outside. But even in this case, L2 connectivity of the mtic and the prefix is required.
Make a trace to the ip set-top box, if there is at least one intermediate gateway between the m-tic and the set-top box, your multicast will not go further than it.
