How to bring a motley image to the same color theme (color correction)?

Let's say there are satellite images with heterogeneous color statistics:

How to achieve the same result of bringing them to the same color gamut as here ?
I even tried to repeat with opencv\imagemagic, but the result is not very good.

I suspect that it is for maps that histogram matching can work well . Of course, assuming that you initially have separate images or you know the boundaries.
