Does it make sense to process photos on Nodejs?

You need to reap the photo on a separate instance. For example, in four streams. I would like some solution that is easy to deploy and update. Does it make sense to use Nodejs? Just raise four servers on four ports. Can a node pick up photos sequentially from another instance, process them, and upload them back? What modules do you recommend for this?
