How to break the code into modules?

I tried to figure it out on my own, but there were difficulties (probably there is no such experience yet, it's hard to figure out what to endure). Help Wanted.
There are 4 files in the project (app.js, controllers.main.js and 2 services), respectively, you need to take them out of the controller in the module.
