How to boot from grub rescue?

Hello!

Situation
There was iron with installed win10 and ubuntu.
It became iron with win10, all other partitions (including grub) were 100% destroyed.

Add. info:
ls - (hd0) (hd0, msdos3) (hd0, msdos2) (hd0, msdos1)
The file system of any of the partitions was not defined (I remember that it is in ntfs).
Bios is in legacy mode, not uefi.

The essence of the problem;
1. I don't have a flash drive, a disk (as well as a drive), or a second working machine.
I'm in the countryside and I don't have any friends here either. And yet there is no transport, they will bring you to the city only on Wednesday.
2. Have a smartphone. The smartphone has flash memory, and at first it seemed interesting to me, but then I remembered that the adapter for flash memory is also in the city.
The presence of the smartphone itself does not seem particularly interesting to me, since it is not rooted, which again rests on the presence of a computer (options with "one-click" root do not work, I tried it).

For now, I just need to somehow get into win10. Is it possible from grub rescue? Tell me please

@kashcheev

It is clear that the issue was resolved by itself (I visited the city and got a flash drive), but other solutions are still interesting.
+ I forgot to add an important one, the same chainloader gives Unknown command.
Perhaps this situation is a dead end.
