Is it possible to strengthen the wifi signal on ubuntu. Previously, on Windows, the signal was quite powerful, when I switched to Ubuntu, it began to get lost a few meters from the router.

The signal strength is the same for the router, perhaps the device (receiver) driver is buggy. Read the logs.
