It is necessary to make the closure and opening of two contacts via WI-FI. That is, there are two wires, by default they are not connected together. It is necessary to make sure that, for example, being at the other end of the globe, I can close or open these wires via WI-FI.

I originally wanted to use a WI-FI relay (Let's say Sonoff). But there is a problem: the relay is urgently needed (i.e., ordering from China is not an option), and looking at the prices in local stores ... they are extremely expensive. Is there any more budget option?

Look for "Arduino relay" - up to 2 bucks and "esp8266" - from 2 bucks. Total = 4 bucks.
