Is there a utility for windows with detailed information about the wi-fi adapter?
I emphasize in red - not an air scanner, but a poll (preferably hardware / firmware, not firewood) and detailed info of the adapter itself. (like bluetooth Tweaker, but for wifi)
goal: to find out in advance supported frequencies / channels in the 5GHz range (everything is banal with 2.4 anyway)
example: there is a DWA-160 on hand. according to bookmarks in firewood = can be any 36-165, but in fact half of the channels above 100 either does not see at all, or ssid still sees and does not want to connect. while the phone under the same conditions, everything is ok with the connection.
ps netsh wlan show all can not offer. it's not about what you need.
