Tell the authorities that this task should be delegated to the system administrator.

You are not like everyone else.
On the subject: tell me the model of the router.
And so the plan is this:
1. Find the IP of the router.
2. Go to this IP on the router through a browser. Login data is usually admin / admin or written on the router.
3. Find the item "blacklist" or "Black list" or "Filtering sites", the name varies depending on the model of the router.
PS Initially, the question was about sites.
