Maybe Mikrotik router os CHR would be suitable, but unfortunately it needs to be configured on the command line.Mikrotik has both a graphical interface in the form of a Winbox application and settings from the web interface. Try CHR, it has a trial period of 2 months, or completely free but with a port speed limit of 1Mbps
1) Mikrotik router os CHR is configured in the same way through winbox as any other physical Mikrotik if command line scares you, it is important - in the free version the speed limit is 10 Mbps
2) VyOs is a free command line router only, for those who are familiar with cisco or juniper there will be no problem setting it up
3) ClearOs - linux based with a web muzzle, heavy and a little buggy, the functionality is limited in the free version.
