How to block site elements that are displayed in the WebView of an android application only for the application?

I have a website displayed in a WebView, I want the header and footer to be blocked for the application using css, I can’t figure out how to do this, given that I’ve recently begun to study java, I’m thinking how to send some data to the site so that css knows that it is not necessary to show certain elements.
