How to block only subsites in hosts?

How to block only non-vk.com/blablabla without blocking the whole vk.com? The quotes didn't help. And if there is a way to block all sites in the address of which there will be one identical word?

If you mean C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts, then no way. It's meant for something else.
If you want to block by url - direct all traffic through a proxy and block on it.

No way. Use the router and set up rules.
