How to block / disable the PDF viewing functionality in the browser (Chrome)?
PDF files on sites open in a frame or as they are with a set of button functions for viewing - rotate, download, print. It is necessary to find a way for the element of the Chrome browser to automatically (for the PC on which the page with PDF is viewed) block / disable these buttons. It will be enough if they simply do not respond to clicks (touches on the touch screen).
How is it solved? in the OS settings (in our case, Windows 10)? Or in the browser element's code?

No way, no way, no mess, but as expected when administering workstations on Windows - through GPO. https://www.k12techsystems.com/2014/11/disable-bui...
