How to bind your domain on domain.com to IP?

Bought a domain on domain.com .
I changed the dns settings to my IP (here 11.22.33.44).
When I try to ping my domain name (hereismydomain.com here), it shows my IP but loses all packets.
In the interface on the site, it says that the IP of my site is generally left (as I understand it, the one that was allocated to me on the site).
I bought (well, or intended) a domain, not hosting.
When I click on IP, my page is displayed, so the problem is not in this direction.
Presumably I didn't set up something on their website, but I don't know what else needs / can be changed there. Has anyone dealt with them?
