How to redirect users to a local site?

There is a site - company.com - stored on the hosting, and there is a subdomain cabinet.company.com (User's Personal Account) which is stored on a local
server provider?
And is it possible to somehow force users who are not connected to the local network to be redirected to the domain itself so that their subdomain does not load forever?

Add A record to the subdomain and ip of the host where the cabinet is located!
