How to bind RU-CENTER domain to my server?

I have a domain on RU-CENTER, I have my own server (on ubuntu) with a static ip. How to bind a domain to the server ip?
And then in the domain settings I can only change the dns server. Where should I specify ip so that it binds to the domain?

You need a DNS hosting service .

You can use any dns server like cloudflare.
And in it already specify the necessary A-records
