How to bind gdm/loxscreen to a specific monitor permanently?

I have a laptop with pop os 19.04, I connect different monitors to it.
And if at boot the login screen always appears on the laptop, then the lockscreen moves to the monitor (it is selected as the main screen). And this is normal for a laptop and a monitor that are side by side on the table.
But on the same OS on the computer to which the monitor on the table (dp) and the TV set on the wall (shdmi) are connected, this becomes inconvenient, because when the screen is unlocked, the lockscreen goes to the TV, regardless of whether it is turned on or not (although the monitor is the main one here).
The task is to fix the login screen forever on one specific monitor. Google didn't do anything useful, maybe you've come across something like this?
