How to bind a domain to vps ovh?

Hello. There is a website hosted. Today we bought a domain for him.
At the domain registrar, you need to specify the DNS Hostname and IP address.
Hosting gives me IPv4 (1**.1*4.*8.155), IPv6 (2607:**00:2**:**00:0:*:0:5f**), Gateway(2607:** 00:02**:**00:0000:0000:0000:0001) and Reverse DNS. (1**.ip-16*-1*4-1*8.net).
Question: what Hostname to indicate (just the name of the hosting provider?)
And in the ip field, enter IPv4 and IPv6? And what is Reverse DNS?

in hostname, specify the domain name you purchased or the host name from this domain (in short or full form - depends on the hosting).
specify 1XX.XX4.XX.X55 as the IP address.
most likely so, but not a fact. after all, when setting up domain zones, there are well-established terminologies - A-record, AAAA-record; there is nothing in your question about them.
a screenshot would give more understanding, but, alas, it is not there either.
Reverse DNS is a reverse zone; unlike direct, which is used to get an IP in response to a domain name request, reverse is used to get a domain name from an IP. used rarely, but aptly. in your case, I think, you can not pay attention to it until you clearly rest against the fact that you need it (for example, you start to keep a mail server).

You just need to register a type A record in DNS and specify 1**.1*4.*8.155 there
