Actually, everything was ok, changed the NS records in the ISP manager, the server response time increased, suspicions on NS. Tell me, can this be? Or look for reasons elsewhere?

Even if there is a problem with slow NS, after the first attempt to access, dns caches it for a while (up to a day).
I would advise looking for other reasons.
