Can DNS be changed?

There is a server on which their dns are raised
ns1.site.ru
ns2.site.ru
the registrar has these ns + ip registered to fix dns to use it for other domains on this server, now I want to connect cloudflare.com for this site how should I be with dns for this domain (I started doing this just now since they only recently had ssl support on a free tariff)

And when using CloudFlare, you have no choice but to use its ns server.
When connecting, CloudFlare will kindly copy the current settings, and as soon as you write them to the ns server in the domain settings, it will start working.
