How to behave in the first interview?

Good day, I was invited for an interview for the position of Internet Marketing Manager, I am 19 and while I am a 3rd year student, I have not worked anywhere before, average skills in HTML / CSS, and small in PHP / mySQL (I made a couple of small sites and one web portal), and so: 1) what kind of position is this? 2) how to behave in interviews? Should I tell the truth that I can do quite a bit at the moment, but I am full of desire to learn, or lie, saying that I can do more than I really do? 3) in practice, is an invitation to an interview a guarantee of getting a position, or a small probability?

2) how to behave in interviews

1. Relax
2. Instead of talking nonsense, it’s better to keep silent
3. Be polite
4. Stop breaking that unfortunate arm
5. Don’t lie
6. Ask questions
Well, if you want to work for a day and then fly out, then it's better to lie.
More like a low probability. Although everything of course depends on your skills AND vacancies.

Internet marketing manager is an advertising manager, roughly speaking. To programming, it has about the same attitude as the project manager, i.e. highly mediated. You will (or should) be researching traffic types, advertising performance, SEO (or finding SEO specialists), developing plans to promote the product and various features in the product that make it more attractive to users and other marketing nonsense. If you're interested, then go ahead.
If not and you want to do programming - run away from all vacancies with the word "manager" in the title and pay attention to those where there is the word "developer", "programmer" and "junior".

I'm afraid that "Internet Marketing Manager" will turn out to be an ordinary advertising agent

It all depends on who invited.
In general, the main thing at the interview is not to strain, remember that they may be your first, but definitely not the last. They don't always get it right the first time. I was looking for my first job for half a year. Be honest, clean and punctual. I don’t advise lying, especially if you communicate with the Security Council, they see right through. If you swim in a question, do not focus on it.
Print out multiple copies of your resume. Write down on a piece of paper all the questions to the employer, they definitely should be. At least the work schedule and wages, but I think there will be more.
In our country of "cleaning managers," your position could well mean selling vacuum cleaners over the Internet. That's how I got.
In your case, in the absence of experience, do not rely on a particularly large salary. The main thing is to put pressure on the desire to develop and work for a year or two. Then the salary will either be raised, or you will start looking for a new one in the course of the play.

I'll quote my own article :
But there is one thing that confuses me in your question. YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND WHERE YOU ARE GOING - how is it possible? The vacancy did not describe the requirements and responsibilities? Did they just call you and not say anything? Did you write a letter? While nothing is clear, more information is needed.
