What experience is needed for an information security specialist and how to get it?
I study at the university, specialty 090303.65 "Information security of automated systems". So far, only the 3rd year, but I understand that when applying for a job, experience is needed everywhere, so now I'm wondering - how can I get it while still a student? And what kind of experience will be needed? I like my specialty, although I also love programming.

a month ago a similar question. What should an information security specialist study?
choose a direction (programming, administration, management) - and develop in it.
I won’t say about information security related to development - it’s not my specialty.
about TZKI - networks, operating systems, cryptographic information protection, protection systems, monitoring, etc. Start with networks.
about management - start eating blueberries ... because you have to read a LOT of very boring documents.
starting with all sorts of ISO / STO BR and ending with 152-FZ / 382-P and others like them.
If you like programming - most likely your choice is one of the first two directions.
In order to become an information security specialist, you need to complete a 5-year course of study, and then you can already get a job. Do not worry, in the country of such people who have completed a 5-year course of study, the cat cried.
For you, the problem of employment with a normal salary will not arise.
Take and explore the very IS that you are learning. Find a narrower area and begin to gain experience in it. I don't see any problems.
