The answer "no way" can always be found in the open spaces of Google. For an analogy, we can give an example of learning web development when there is only a phone. Well, so-so, and not convenient and very difficult.
But what are the real options? Now there are many coworking spaces with poppies, you can rent them and learn how to develop for iOS. Take courses with their hardware (hard to find), after which some company will most likely take you for an internship. You can live there for the duration of your studies (Schrödinger's joke). Many companies are looking for iOS developers and are willing to invest in you under certain conditions. So give them what they want and you will gain knowledge and experience.

You need at least a mac mini, you can use it. take for 15-25 thousand, otherwise, only love remains at a distance. :)

Iron in the studio! :) You can get by with a virtual machine with Macos. There are also sites where you can rent a Mac (virtually, everything through the browser).

If there is no opportunity at all to purchase Apple equipment or install a hackintosh, then put off studying the iOS SDK and start learning the Swift language, there is a compiler for linux systems, I don’t know for Windows. In any case, the first couple learns the language, not the SDK.

Hackintosh as an option (on vm), and if the PC does not pull ... well, nothing then). or save for technology.

Didn't find what you were looking for?
