xcode. Accidentally deleted MainStoryboard.storyboard, can I restore it?

Actually the question is in the title. I wanted to delete the object, but the storyboard was selected. Didn't look, clicked delete and remove refrences. Cmd-Z did not help, at first glance it did not solve the problem on its own and with the help of Google. Can it be restored, or do I need to redo everything?
The project is compiling.
