How to beautifully organize settings in vim (.vimrc)?

subject: At the moment, all the settings are in a single file, I want to divide it into 2 files:
1. basic editor settings,
2. list of plugins + their options,
and in each rc use folding from the comment line "to the next, and "" means 2 -swarm nesting level.
