How to beat [Note] InnoDB: page_cleaner: 1000ms intended loop took xxxx seconds?

Greetings.
I regularly see sabzhevye messages in the logs. I tried to set innodb_lru_scan_depth=256 - it didn't help.
The server is currently a slave, the load is scanty. Debian 8, Percona XtraDB 5.7+Galera Cluster, iron server, OS on SSD.
