How to be in a situation with transferring the site and setting up the server?
There is a client site in the kz zone, according to the law of the Kazakhs, now all sites from this domain zone must be hosted in Kazakhstan, but this site cannot be transferred so easily, and the server is paid for a year. In general, the transfer is best planned and transferred competently, slowly and later.
Are there any methods that allow you to show the IP of the site as Kazakh, while the server is located in the Russian Federation? Maybe buy a Kazakh VPS and forward traffic somehow through 2 servers? If this can be done - poke at least in mana or in which direction to dig? Or suggest your options.
If you can do this job - hit the cart from the profile plz.
