The customer asked to shrink the pictures, for an hour I can’t find a normal program.
You need to batch resize photos with different orientations while maintaining aspect ratio. There are sooo many photos, so a macro in FS is not an option. Some converters don't change anything if you give them horizontal and vertical photos mixed up. Others no longer run on El Capitan.
