How to balance an ethernet port in Ubuntu?

Hello.
How can I load balance a port in Ubuntu?
The service is raised, on seafile, but some users sometimes "siege" the server completely, to such an extent that the rest get connection breaks.
Balancing in nginx is already organized for webdav to work, but clients also work.
