How to backup boxed Bitrix?

Tell me what are the ways to backup Bitrix and restore from backup.
So far, I have set up backup to the cloud, but I don’t understand how to get a backup from there if the working Bitrix is completely screwed up. I tried to restore from a cloud backup on VMBitrix.
Who is backing up?

1. Regular method.

2. Using BitrixEnv

Select "6. Configure pool sites > 6. Change backup settings on site". Make settings.
Write a shell script to copy to an external drive, FTP, or cloud (underline as appropriate) and hang it on cron.

3. Custom.

Make backup files separately.
Make a backup of the database separately.
