Hello. There is an online store on 1c-bitrix . There is a search, which unfortunately does not work as we would like.
In the official documentation, the search seems much smarter. For example: if you enter not " refrigerator ", but " [jkjlbkmybr ", then the search engine calmly switches this to normal mode and the "live" search produces a normal result.
Also, the search does not cope with the plural. If you enter " hair dryer " - then the search results will be excellent, but if you enter " hair dryers " no results are returned. Why is this happening? Does it really need to be written down?
