How to backup a WordPress site that weighs 9GB?

I tried to do it through the wp plugin, but it doesn’t work, it only downloads the database. Everything is fine with the plugin settings.
Right now I'm downloading files from the hosting separately by 500MB - 1GB
But it's a long time to wait.
What would be the best and most professional way to do it?

The hosting has an archiving function. Make one archive of the entire site and download.
