How to transfer content from a site to a self-written CMS?

Hello. There is a website catalog of the company. It was made on the basis of some kind of self-written system. I created a site on Wordpress. There are about 150 positions in the catalog. Each position is a separate page with content.
Is it possible to somehow parse or prepare information for import into WordPress, saving nesting and (not least) specifying custom URLs for each page?
