How to backup a Bitrix24 disk?
To all who have not passed by, good day! For a week now I have been struggling with the following problem: I need to make periodic backups of files stored on the Bitrix24 disk.
It would seem, take it and do it ... I found several programs working with webdav, in particular KLS BACKUP. All of them (programs) receive a list of files and directories, copy them to the destination directory, but the files do not open after copying (tried xls, pdf, doc files ...), throws errors.
Employees use the disk by connecting it as a network drive from under Windows.
There was an option to connect to centos via SFTP and take disk files from there, but there is a wild hierarchical structure of files with incomprehensible names, they all seem to be encrypted ...

For the cloud - 3 options
- webdav (the last time I tried it - it worked slowly)
- a native synchronization application - synchronize everything with a local disk and backup from there. (if there are a lot of files, it will be very slow to move)
- write your exchange using the REST API
For the box - additional options
- write some scripts on the Bitrix Framework to pull out files.
- connect via SSH and try to pull something from the disk there, but the storage structure on the hard disk is not the same as in the portal. Watch how it is stored in the database and dance from it ..
