How to backend to Elixir in docker on Win 7?

You need to saw the front, but the application is on Elixir. If you have such experience, please share. There are exactly two options: to raise ubuntu and the entire environment in it, or still try to raise it in the docker on Win 7. But docker on win 7 is a task with an asterisk, I couldn't.

The minimum system requirements for docker are windows 7 pro .
If you have a different version of Windows (other than 7 Pro, 8, 8.1, 10 Home), then install VirtualBox and Docker Toolbox on Windows.
