How to back up files stored on amazon s3?

Good afternoon, I'm looking for a way to optimize the backup of files stored on s3. Ideally, I would like to automate their backup on amazon glacier bypassing the intermediate server, as I understood from the Amazon panel, this is not possible, I found options only with archiving (transfer), but I'm interested in mirroring, what are the options?
