SES reputation, is it possible to improve the reputation of an SES account?

Is it possible to restore the reputation of an account, is it generally restored?
Here, for example, we sometimes have broken emails, 1 in 2000 approximately.
But the reputation in the "Reputation Dashboard" tab only always rises, and never falls.
Please help with information. Maybe after a certain period it is reset, or if conditionally after 1000 letters everything is OK, then the reputation improves. Or is this number only growing and never falling?

Only Amazon knows for sure, but they can ban an account for sending email to all sorts of inaccessible boxes or spam or non-existent domains.
